Bear in mind that this scale of property investments when dealing with raw land is often far in excess of what would be considered typical for a residential property, with small land deals often starting at a quarter to half $1 million. On the other, with scales so high there are also plenty of counterbalances for the investor to take advantage of. For example with most land development deals the investor almost always has an inspection. Typically of about three months or so during which he can analyze all the numbers and lineup any other components of the deal without having to put any of his money at risk. This is an essential component of any land development contract as changes in zoning often require negotiation with several town or city planners and officials in order to be put into effect. For the experienced land developer, who has taken the time to gain experience and to build the necessary contacts there is no shortage of deals to be had, ironically an experienced investor can frequently secure and profit from a deal without ever having to place any of his own money at risk.

Youth Is The Only Hope For India

If we see last few years, whole world is facing problems like terrorism, economic breakdown, unemployment, global warming, increasing capitalism, teenage suicide, teenage pregnancies, unknown life threatening disease and many more like these. Some countries are trying to overcome some of these problems and get succeed and some countries just failed in most of point. India is also struggling from the above mention problems. Grant of billions of rupees spared every year for these problems though we the people; are living our life like we are on our own. Why these all attempts are failed to serve us a better future? Why after all these years of planning of our government is not working as it's expected?


The main problem is, we are developing country and have to fight with all these world wide disasters and hurdles. Even protection from our neighbor country make us spend such big amount of money that we are encountering a war; every five years. Due to economic breakdown and short-monsoon or long-monsoon problem; starvation increases. Ahead of these all; everybody is not the same but our political leaders pouring more money into their pocket then use it for the people. No doubt system works and government of India putting good efforts but system is not running well, even not walking well. 


Country is govern by the people; some of them are more interested in their progress, they don't try to understand that if country will get progress then they will also get progress and the whole upcoming generation have a better future. India is one of the main source of market in today's world, every country want to make friendship and that's why Obama came, we can shutdown the terrorism of our neighbor by putting political pressure also but we are fail to do so...


We need a new generation who understand and respect the above mention values and problems. We need to fight the problem from greenery to terrorism. For that the whole hierarchy needs to be fertile and strong. If we are not awake now then our and our child's future will be putted into danger. We are the one who need to do something. We are the one who need to take the lead. After all someone need to take the lead. After all someone have to step up and form new clean system. Get Recognition, Get Profit...

Once upon a time, there was one man from a little village wanted to become king's very special person and wanted to be rich. He knew that king wanted someone who can collect the tax honestly form the village in his behalf. So, he decided to work for the king. He went to tax collection minister and asked him if he can collect the tax for minister. He had collected the tax form the villagers and gave that to tax minister. He was awaiting for some government people to give him the post in the fort of the king. One whole year had passed, no one came. Again, there was time of tax collection, this time he had collected tax from 5 villages; to get the lime light. He did his work honestly and gives all the money to the same minister. This time very eagerly, he was expecting the call; he was waiting with sleepless nights and beating heart. Few days had gone, he thought, king might be busy, he had waited for few more days. A month had passed. He thought, "King is very busy man, My work is not enough to come into king's eye." He had waited for whole one year for next tax collection. Next year, he worked for 20 villages; half of  the kingdom. He firmly believed, "This time I must get the opportunity, and this time the opportunity is big." He requested the minister to propose his name to the king and insisted him to highlight about his work to the king . After 4 days, king's men came, took him with them and represented him to the king. King asked him, "Why you steal my money of tax that was collected from my people." He surprised and was denying but king gave order to execute him. After few days that minister got gift from the king for such a great work done for tax collection.

This story is not about barbarism of king or minister. The lesson from this story is, it doesn't matter; what and how much you did. What matters; is what and how much your effort are considered. If you want to highlight yourself, get highlighted to first superior. If you want your profit via someone else, he will earn your part of profit and you will lose.

Let us think these conditions in practical life. One employee who want to come up, should try to raise in the eyes in his branch manager, if he tries the same for general manager, branch manager will eat his profit he will not even considered and if he says something to branch manager about that topic, branch manager will set him up.

So, if you want to go up in the sky, you first need to climb the stair step by step, by skipping the steps you will fall down. Do the work in the way you get the recognition. Be smart, don't trust someone blindly; especially when it's about money, career and girl.

I always say mathematics is an art of life, it conveys all the things...
Let's talk mathematically,
Work = Force X Displacement in direction of force
If your displacement is 0,
Then Work done = 0 automatically, doesn't matter what is the value of the force.

Means, if there is no displacement due to force, work done is zero.If there is no recognition due to your effort, you will get no profit, doesn't matter how hard you tried.

The same rule even worked for love. If you love someone and if she/he doesn't know, recognition is zero. Out put is zero. That's why I always say, "He/she should come to know that you like him/her as early as possible." Doesn't matter it is professional organization, society or love, this is the universal rule.

In short, Get recognition of what you did. Don't get fished by someone, be smart. If you want to go way up high, just don't skip the stairs otherwise superiors will drag you down.

Celebrate like there is no next day...

Be Millionaire or Don't Think of It...

If I will say, "Men and women should not talk with each other. Women should not come in any public place. Every child should be ready to became soldier to die for his country and women are only to serve men at home and sex." Who ever read this, would think, I am A BIG JERK followed by some words, I can't write them here. So, why this all thoughts are so pathetic? These are the same thoughts, totally normal, 500 years ago...So, why not now? You would say, It's DAMN 500 YEARS, get life, consult good psychiatrist, that time had gone long ago. So, one who thoughts falling back with the time or matching with time, gone long ago, is jerk and psycho.

In today's life, scenario of life is changing everyday. Everyday, condition changes, Everyday one requires more skill and get lesser scope to make mistakes. World is running with the speed of bits and bites. One who falls back, its hard to go on with the wind. Technologies and more sophisticated facilities push the whole world in one giant race. Here the same element has supreme power and that element is TIME. Whose thoughts are advance in time, knows all threat and ready for what is coming, can survive. Ordinary man with ordinary thoughts can't live in this world. Race for surviving will eat that ordinary man. One with sharp mind can predict the possibilities of upcoming situations, change current situation for his comfort and profit and ready to face it FACE TO FACE, have chance to survive, to win.

I am not selling any product here, so I have no intention to frighten you about current situation of the world. What I intend to do is, to tell you, what you are thinking may not be with the flow of present world, If you want to do something in your life, even if you want to survive in better way, you need to think beyond the limit of an ordinary man. All the simple ways to live and survive can not make your life happy, can not make you rich, even it's hard to be a middle class person. Let's talk about one current problem, Onions cost  Rs. 60/kg, just due to so long rainy season! Have anybody predicted this 3 months before? Absolutely NO. I am not telling you to think about Onions, think about future possibilities, every time one can't predict what is coming, so you need to move advance, you need think advance. In this age of advance, one needs to have mind of Sherlock holmes, to see what is coming by current situation. This is what multinational companies doing, they have planning for next 10 to 20 years, that's why they are multinational companies ruled by others, I am or you are not owner of them because we didn't think 10 years advance many years ago. So, If you want to do something better then what would happened, a brighter future for you and your family,think!

Dil Toh Bachcha Hai Ji..!!

"When you came in front of me suddenly that day, my heart was beating so hard, I wanted to talk with you but was completely speechless, my hands were shivering..." Everybody who fall in love had this feeling. And this feeling is so essential, there is no exact expression to convey. In that romantic Environment, everything looks beautiful, air is flavored and eternal rhythm of love surrounds. And if it's monsoon, the season of love and romance, make emotional excitement irresistible. This is the condition a man fall in love and goes mad after his lover. He feels all nature, to support him and there is only one beauty in this world, he can't live without. In this OMG situation, no one have control on his act, no responsibilities can come in between, every wish dissolve in one wish of "TO GET HER".

How to take the perfect decision in this confusing situation, where heart can't listen anything but only her, in situation of, "Dil to bachcha hai ji..!!" When your own mind forces you to act on more then one thought and most probably every thought was leading you on wrong side. Wrong side doesn't mean love's side, but threat side; which let her go away from you or harm your dignity and reputation in eyes of your close-one. I am not considering society, because they will comment on you anyways when people think you did something not suitable. It doesn't mean one should do what he want, without taking care of anybody. It means just don't bound yourself in rubbish thoughts of society. And society will support if you do it in right way.

There is a very transparent difference between love and attraction, at first sight, its hard to differentiate, but if its attraction, you want her badly. Here want her has major role, happiness is dependent on achieving her. Where love includes happiness, want is not THAT IMPORTANT, no doubt, one feels bad when she goes away. But her is important, not achieving her. So it's clear, that we are talking about love, not attraction of today's generation or hungry giant, named PHYSICAL LOVE. So who falls in love and is confused that what to do in this irresistible situation, I have few guidelines...

• She should come to know that you LIKE her (not love) as early as possible, she will notice you automatically, you don't need to try.
• Don't act childish, don't try to be hero, don't irritate, Just highlight, girls like them the most who act naturally.
• Aware of your outlook, it matters a lot.
• You don't have to be sexy, just be smart.
• If she gives signal don't miss it, Start with smile and talk.
• Money is enough, only for trashy, be a good person for a better girl.
• Understand body language and read her eyes, if you afraid then act a little, if she doesn't deny, just propose her.
• Don't hurry for anything, wait for her sign, from kiss to everything.
• An animal can also show physical love, give mental support, love and care.
• If you want to go straight forward, be a gay, fall in love with a man, If you want a girl, you need to understand the emotions and feelings.
• Understanding and trust matter a lot after this point.
• And most important, act wisely for any of above guideline, some decisions are situation dependent.
